Join Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa and Lone Star Foodservice for the kick off of the luxury resort’s monthly culinary series ”Wine & Dine.” Hosted by Omni Chef Alice Gonzalez, the special kickoff edition will feature Niman Ranch, one of the pioneering brands for sustainable, free-range meats. A leader in humane animal practices, Niman Ranch produces all-natural meats raised by small family farmers committed to sustainable practices.

Supporting the continuation of essential farming and ranching traditions, 30 percent of all proceeds will be donated to the Niman Ranch Next Generation Scholarship, awarded to students seeking degrees in agriculture.

Space for the culinary event is limited and reservations are required. Reservations may be made by calling (512) 329-7906.
