The Preserve at Travaasa Austin just introduced a new cocktail menu for summer. New additions include items like Corn & Oil (Goslings Dark Rum, Velvet Felernum, Fresh Lime Juice, Angostura Bitters) and Flora & Fauna (Waterloo Texas Gin, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Douglas Fir Eau de Vie Liqueur, Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice, Local Honey).

With the changing of the season, we’re excited to see new ingredients grown in our farm making their way to the kitchen of The Preserve. The new bounty has been inspiration for the culinary team, who just rolled out the new seasonal cocktail menu! Here is a preview of our latest libations. Thirsty yet?

Tanqueray Ten, Velvet Felernum, Fresh Pineapple and Lemon Juice, Stash IPA, Mint.

BLACKBERRY CAIPIRINHA  
Rio Cana Fresh Cane Cachaça, Muddled Fresh Blackberries and Lime, Simple Syrup.

CASA FRESCA  
Z Pepe Reposado Tequila, Agave Nectar, Grapefruit Juice, Mint and Cucumber.

CORN & OIL

PEASE PARK FIZZ  
Waterloo Gin, Remy Martin Vsop Cognac, Fresh Lemon Juice, Mint and Egg. Topped with Maine Root Ginger Beer.

RUMBLE BERRY PUNCH
Treaty Oaks Rum, Fresh Lemon Juice, Muddled Fresh Blackberries, Ginger, Orgeat Syrup and Peychauds Bitters.

THE TRAVELER
Woodford Reserve Bourbon, St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Fresh Lemon Juice.
