Lemon twist

Innocente

1 oz FORDS GIN

1 oz Campari

1 oz Dolin Dry

Lime twist

Portuguese Negroni

or Portoghese

1 oz Plymouth gin

1 oz Campari

1 oz 20 yr Tawny Port

Orange Twist

3.     The Bonneville- For Negroni Week they will be offering “The Coqueta” named because it’s more of a feminine Negroni. The recipe is below but please note that they have substituted the Campari for Aperol which is slightly less bitter and topped it with Prosecco so it’s a lighter brighter more feminine Negroni.  Everyone in town is Barrel Ageing a Negroni or doing a Bourbon Negroni so we thought we’d lean toward the softer side while still being a bitter orange Negroni.  The drink will benefit SXSW Cares.

The Coqueta

1 oz No.3 Gin

1 oz Aperol

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

Top with Prosecco

Garnish with Bruleed Orange Slice

About Negroni Week:

Welcome to Negroni Week, presented by Imbibe and Campari! In the summer of 2013, Imbibe launched Negroni Week, a celebration of one of the world’s great cocktails and an effort to raise money for charitable causes around the world. From June 2-8, 2014, bars across the U.S. (and some around the world) will be mixing up their favorite Negroni variations and donating a portion of proceeds from each one sold to a charity of their choice. Last year, hundreds of bars participated in Negroni Week, and we expect even more to be part of the 2014 festivities.
