In anticipation for the upcoming Negroni Week, a few Parkside Projects restaurants have released their own Negroni cocktail recipes.
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz El Silencio Espadín Mezcal
- ¼ oz Amaro Averna
- ¼ oz Tempus Fugit ‘Gran Classico’ Bitter
- ¼ oz Martini & Rossi Rosso Vermouth
- ¼ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into large rocks glass. Serve over large ice cube and garnish with orange peel.
Negroni de España
- 1oz St.George Rye
- .5oz Campari
- .5oz Cream sherry
- .5 Acha Rojo
Dash of lemon bitters. Stirred, poured over king cube. Lemon peel garnish, expressed over glass.
Olive & June
Frozen Show Pony Negroni
- 1oz Malfy con Limone (Italian lemon-gin)
- 1oz Contratto Rosso Americano Vermouth
- 1oz Aperol
- 1dash Rhubarb Bitters
Fill Frozen machine with half cocktail mix and half water. Let freeze. Batch and preserve extra cocktail mix on the side. When serving, fill glass leaving room for 1oz Negroni mix to float on top.
