On July 6th,  MAX’s Wine Dive Austin  is celebrating with our Famous Southern Fried Chicken made with jalapeño-buttermilk marinated chicken made with mashed potatoes, collard greens and Texas toast.

Unlike other comfort food restaurants, MAX’s Wine Dive also offers a special Gluten-Friendly Fried Chicken that does not lack in taste or quality – some even say it’s better than the traditional! In both the traditional and Gluten-Friendly options, the crispy crust is known to be packed full of flavor, and the honey-chipotle dipping sauce adds just the right amount of spice to the juicy chicken and gourmet vegetables.

The culture of MAX’s Wine Dive has been established around the slogan, “Fried Chicken and Champagne…Why the Hell Not?!” which still rings true today. Celebrating National Fried Chicken Day anywhere other than at the Wine Dive with our award-winning fried chicken just seems wrong!
