L’Oca d’Oro restaurant announced they will officially be opening this Wednesday, June 15 in the Mueller neighborhood with dinner service starting at 5 p.m.  L’Oca d’Oro Executive Chef Fiore Tedesco and General Manager Adam Orman will bring contemporary Italian cuisine that blends old world tradition with modern technique.


The restaurant will offer several delicious wood grill options, including N’duja Salsiccia with lupini beans and cavolo nero and Grilled Black Grouper with fennel and loquat. Several dishes will be featured as family-style entrees, such as Mangalitsa Porchetta with dandelion and salsa verde,Chicken al Mattone with cucumber-heirloom tomato panzanella, and Eggplant Parmesan with smoked chiles and straciatella. A variety of house-made pasta dishes will be offered in family-style or individual portions, including Bucatini Aglio e Olio with garlic and bread crumbs; Spallina with ricotta, artichoke, and grilled corn; and Black Pepper Tagliatelle with pancetta, squash blossoms, and pecorino.


The restaurant will also host celebrations and special events in a range of sizes, the restaurant can accommodate flexible table seating in its stunning, barrel-vaulted dining room for up to 65 guests.
