WHO:             laV Executive Chef Allison Jenkins together with sommelier Rachel Dixon welcome guests for the restaurant’s first-ever, multi-course, winery dinner featuring wines from Littorai Wines.

WHAT:           laV Restaurant and Wine Bar’s warm and welcoming ambiance provides the perfect canvas for contemporary interpretations of classic dishes which emphasize the ingredients of the season. The robust wine program offers extensive wine by the glass options and an expansive, French-focused list, with something for every palate. As a part of the plan to incorporate educational events such as wine-makers’ dinners at the restaurant, the laV team is excited to host a very special evening featuring Littorai Wines.

Littorai Wines is a small, family owned and operated winery producing world class vineyard designated Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs from the coastal hills of Sonoma and Mendocino Counties. Littorai produces approximately four to five thousand cases of wine per year. This dedication to limited quantities ensures that the Lemon family can handcraft and manage Littorai in the tradition of the great artisanal winegrowing estates of Europe. Littorai derives its unique sustainable farming techniques from the fertile cross currents of permaculture, agro-ecology and biodynamics. In 2003, the Lemons purchased a thirty acre farm in western Sonoma County which is home to both the winery and vineyards.

Seats for the dinner are limited to 25 to ensure an intimate and will feature the following courses and wine pairings:
