Chef Kevin Fink of Emmer & Rye will participate as the exclusive guest chef at Pizzeria Vetri in an exciting pizza collaboration from January 12th-22nd.  The collaborative pizza will feature the Torro Pizza with confit short rib, crispy kale, hatch chili, taleggio, and mozzarella seen above.
