Juniper has recently launched Monday dinner service, Amoré Monday, in celebration of the service industry in mind.  The new service features a curated menu of the restaurant’s most popular dishes at happy hour prices as a complement to the regular menu on Mondays through March 25th.

Amoré Monday will offer exclusive tastes of Juniper from Executive Chef Amanda Turner, featuring antipasti favorites like puffy potatoes and chicken liver mousse, along with housemade pasta dishes, including carbonara, spaghetti & meatballs, and cacio e pepe.  The drink section focuses on spritzes, offering Juniper’s signature Aperol Spritz and the Sbagliato, a negroni that substitutes prosecco for gin, creating a spritzy take on the classic Italian aperitivo drink. Additionally, beer and bottles of wine will be half off. As a tribute to the service industry and the Juniper team, guests may ask about “shift drinks,” the boilermakers of choice of several Juniper staff members.

Guests who wish to enjoy the Amoré Monday menu are also welcome to order from the full dinner menu. Reservations for Monday dinner service are now available online or by calling 512-220-9421.
