Juliet Ristorante is thrilled to be celebrating its one-year anniversary this July. To mark the special occasion, Juliet Ristorante will be serving a complimentary glass of prosecco to guests and a takeaway bag of house-made biscotti from Thursday, July 14 through Saturday, July 16.
In addition to celebrating this milestone, Juliet Ristorante recently rolled out a new summer menu. Helmed by Executive Chef Jacob Weaver, menu highlights include the Seared Rare Tuna with fregola, Kalamata olives, capers, grape tomatoes, pancetta and lemon sauce; Cipolla Risotto e Pollowith grilled chicken breast, spring onion risotto, radish, arugula and 18 year balsamic and Texas Peaches with gorgonzola dolce, arugula, basil, mint and 18 year old balsamic.
Beverage Director Jeramy Campbell has also shaken up a variety of refreshing summer cocktails such as the Watermelon Mule with Grappa, watermelon shrub, simple syrup and ginger beer; The Politico with rye, Cocchi Rosa, lemon, Crème de Cassis and angostura bitters and the Verona Cuff with bonded bourbon, Alessio Vermouth Bianco, pineapple gum syrup and lemon.
Since opening in 2015, the innovative Italian restaurant has received outstanding reviews for their unique spin on modern dishes and beautifully styled ambiance.
