Juliet Ristorante recently launched a new lunch menu created by Executive Chef Jacob Weaver, boasting  few Italian-American favorites and light options for lunch goers in a hurry.

SHRIMP SCAMPI FETTUCINE

gulf shrimp, fettucine, artichoke, grape tomato and white wine butter sauce

SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS

house Italian sausage, polenta, grilled scallions and sweet peppers

VEAL MARSALA

veal scallopine, herbed spaghetti, marsala-mushroom sauce and prosciutto

GRILLED TROUT

with mascarpone risotto, pancetta and sweat peas

 CHICKEN PICATTA

chicken scallopine, sautéed spinach and lemon-caper butter sauce
