Starting next Monday and Tuesday April 4 and 5th , Juliet Ristorante will offer Little Italy in Austin, a menu available every Monday and Tuesday featuring an antipasti, principale and dolci for $30. The menu, designed by Executive Chef Jacob Weaver and Pastry Chef Carly Rossmeissl, will change weekly and focus on traditional Italian-American fare inspired by dishes brought over by early Italian immigrants.

“While I’ll always be inspired by the bounty and creativity of Italy, I wanted to have some fun exploring some of the more nostalgic Italian-American dishes that Americans have come to love and expect like Sausage & Peppers or Veal Parmesan,” comments Executive Chef Weaver.  “At $30, Little Italy in Austin is a great way to enjoy a three-course meal at Juliet.”

Guests can expect items not typically seen on the Juliet menu, like Stuffed Mushrooms with cremini mushrooms, ricotta and sausage stuffing, truffle oil, fried sage and Fried Mozzarella Curds with arrabiata, roasted peppers; Chicken Parmigiana with pan-fried bread-crumb-crusted pounded-chicken breast, mozzarella, parmigiano, spaghetti pomodoro, parsley; Spinach & Ricotta Manicotti with pomodoro, mushroom cream; Cannoli with ricotta filling, dark chocolate, pistachios and Italian Cream Cake with coconut and pecan.
