Austin’s highly acclaimed Jeffrey’s will be host to Chateau Palmer, and the winery’s North American Director Jean-Louis Carbonnier, for a lovely 4-course dinner. Attendees should expect pristine dishes including Lobster and Caviar Blini, Pumpkin Ravioli, variations of Wagyu beef, and various sides. To pair with these intricate courses will be an equally crafted selection of Chateau Palmer’s vintage champagne and wines.

June Rodil, beverage director for McGuire Moorman Hospitality and advanced sommelier, will lead the dinner along with guest Mark Sayre, beverage director and advanced sommelier of the Four Seasons in Austin.
