Bonnaroo and (RED) are teaming-up to fight AIDS this year, with an unforgettable (RED) SUPPER AT BONNAROO, as a part of the fourth annual EAT (RED) SAVE LIVES campaign.
As Bonnaroo 2017 kicks off, attendees are invited to join (RED) to this very special three-course family-style dinner created by one of south’s most popular chefs, Hugh Acheson. It’s the only place in Tennessee that night you’ll savor Hugh’s delicious menu which includes:
Pimento cheese sandwiches
(RED) Summer tomato salad
Benton’s country ham + pickles
Pork loin with peaches + basil
Sea Island red pea ragout with beets, leeks, arugula + peanuts
Farro with peanuts, herbs + lime vinaigrette
Buttermilk pannacotta with strawberries, mint + black pepper with crisp wheat berry streusel
Each course will be paired with Sicilian red and white wine varietals by Villa Pozzi and along with some mighty stylish tableware by (LE CREUSET)RED. Each dinner guest will also receive a special goody bag to make your Bonnaroo go with a bang, including swag from (MOPHIE)RED, (ALEX AND ANI)RED and (S’WELL)RED.
