What the cancellation policy?

Class registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer registration to another class of equal or lesser value 7 days or more prior the start of class. Under 7 days, you may resell or give the class to a friend (please let us know who will be attending in your place). Missed classes may not be made up.

The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes and/or substitute instructors. It is extremely rare for a class to be cancelled due to weather.
Is there an age requirement to attend?

We require students to be 18 years or older, unless otherwise specified in the class description. Students under the age of 18 may attend our classes when they register and attend the class with a parent or guardian. Please use our “Group Discount” registration option above.

Alcohol Policy. Escoffier School of Culinary Arts does not own a liquor license, but, for the benefit of our guests, we maintain a BYOB policy for beer and wine only. Hard liquors are not permitted. AESCA views cooking classes as fun, educational experiences. We also know the beauty of pairing the perfect wine (or beer) with your selected menu to create an exceptional culinary experience. We ask that you limit the amount of beer and wine to a reasonable amount during your time here. AESCA requires all guests to abide by all existing governmental laws. Please be respectful of others and AESCA property at all times. In addition, please take all reasonable steps to ensure personal and public safety. AESCA reserves the right to ask disruptive or intoxicated individuals to leave the property at any time.
