THE HIGHTOWER HOSTING BRUNCH TO BENEFIT THE FLATWATER FOUNDATION JANUARY 11
On Sunday, January 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., The Hightower on East Seventh Street is hosting a bloody mary brunch to benefit The Flatwater Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mental health support for families affected by a cancer diagnosis. With a $5 donation, guests will be able to prepare their own bloody mary with Dickel Corn Whiskey and their choice of a variety of condiments available at the bloody mary bar.
The Hightower will also be serving weekend brunch items like chicken and waffles prepared with fried chicken thighs, grit waffle, ginger honey syrup, hot sauce, and whipped butter, and one of the newest additions to the menu, carnitas with salsa verde, crema, avocado, pintos, and a fried egg on a bolillo roll.

The Flatwater Foundation is an Austin-based nonprofit dedicated to providing those in the community diagnosed with cancer, as well as their families and loved ones, access to mental health therapy and family support.
