GOURDOUGH’S PUBLIC HOUSE LAUNCHES NEW FALL COCKTAIL MENU AND HAPPY HOUR SPECIALS

Just in time to usher in the changing leaves and cooler weather, Gourdough’s Public House has introduced its new fall cocktail menu and happy hour specials. Featured fall cocktail menu items include the Twizzler Tickler created with Dripping Springs Gin, fresh lemon, muddled strawberries, and Pernod, and the Drunken Tango made with rye whiskey, St. Germain, fresh lime, and apple cider, topped with Prosecco and garnished with “drunken” pears.

“We wanted our new cocktail menu to be fun and approachable,” said Gourdough’s Public House Co-Owner Ryan Palmer. “I think the drinks we came up with are as unique as our donut creations, and we have great daily specials so people can try them all!”

Gourdough’s new fall cocktail menu, which features an extensive list of local beer and wine options, also includes items such as the Flirty Floridita made with The Kraken Black Spiced rum, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon, and champagne, garnished with fresh mint; the Sweaty Hipster created with Olmeca Altos reposado, mescal, fresh lime, orange liqueur, jalapeños, and mint; and Lamar Street Lemonade with Tito’s Vodka, fresh lemon, and black berries, served with a effervescent spritz of champagne. Additional new cocktails include beer cocktails like the Trashy Maria made with a sixteen-ounce Lone Star tallboy and house-infused strawberry jalapeño tequila served with a salted rim, and dessert cocktails such as the Sin-A-Bomb created with RumChata and Pinnacle Cinnabon served with a graham cracker rim.

In addition to the new fall cocktail menu, Gourdough’s is adding $5 Happy Hour “Happetizers” which include Prawncho’s with hand-battered fried shrimp, Remoulade sauce, and red onion; Jalapeño Poppers, which are cream cheese stuffed jalapeños wrapped in donut dough and bacon; Garlic Donut Holesserved with fresh parmesan and marinara dipping sauce; and more. In addition to these new appetizers, Gourdough’s new happy hour features $2 off cocktails and $1 off beer and wine every day from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., along with $3 Fireball shots all day, everyday.
