New Year’s Eve:  Ring in the New Year at Gardner and be first in line for the unveiling of chef/owner Andrew Wiseheart and team’s new Winter Menu. The New Year’s Eve menu will offer four distinct four-course menu options for $65 per person with pairings available for $35. The main menu can be found below, and vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free menus will also be offered the night of the event. The Winter Menu, which officially launches January 2nd, 2015, will highlight favorite dishes from each menu featured on New Year’s Eve. For reservations, guests can email name, party size and preferred reservation time to A credit card will be required to hold each reservation; cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to seating, or a cancellation fee will be charged.

Rutabaga – dill, ash, quark

Beef Tartare – watercress, radish, lime

Fried Chicken Skin – creme fraiche, honey, togarashi


Chicory – hazelnut, tangerine, hominy

Carrot – beet, currant, beef heart


Monkfish – salsify, sorrel, sweet potato

Crispy Lamb – chevre, prosciutto, satsuma

Celery Root – black truffle, rice, pink peppercorn


Japanese Pumpkin – kumquat, birch beer

Milk Chocolate – rose, pomegranate, beet
