Fresa’s Chicken al Carbon will be offering special tamales just for the holidays! For the entire month of December, Fresa’s will be offering tamales, created by Chef Rene Ortiz, in three, six, or twelve pieces.

Fresa’s has added Pozole to the menu, which will be offered through February, and is made with guajillo broth, roasted pork shoulder, white hominy, and fresh garnish. Additionally, Pastry Chef Laura Sawicki has created a couple of seasonal ice cream flavors including Eggnog and Cotton Candy Crunch.
Nochebuena, Christmas Eve in Mexico, is a night of great celebration. Folks gather at the zocalo, carols are sung, cathedral bells ring out, and late in the evening, families return home for a holiday feast. Fresa’s is offering a special Nochebuena Tamale Dinner that includes Chicken Adobado Tamales, Mexican Rice, Charro Beans, Guacamole Navidena, Queso & Chips, Mexican Wedding Cookies, and Eggnog. The special dinner serves 6-8 people for $110, and must be ordered by Sunday, December 21 for pick-up on Wednesday, December 24.
