Bike Austin, will host its annual Bike to Work Day (B2WD) on Friday, May 18.  Now in its eighth year, the day of live music, food, and entertainment celebrates bicycle safety and encourages residents of all communities to bike to work throughout the year, including those who are interesting in biking to work but have not done so in the past.  Austin is just one of the 52 major cities that will be participating in this nationwide event during National Bike Month in May.

Bike Austin has partnered with more than two dozen local businesses that will participate as official “fueling stations” for bicyclists to visit during their morning commute to work in the morning from 6:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.  Fueling stations throughout the city will supply complimentary coffee, breakfast tacos, donuts, and more.
