Foreign & Domestic is hosting the second Indie Chefs Table featuring Executive Pastry Chef Bill Corbett of The Absinthe Group in San Francisco on Monday, June 16. Bill Corbett was named Best Pastry Chef 2011 by San Francisco Magazine, and was chosen as one of the Top 10 Pastry Chefs in America by Dessert Professional. He has cooked at WD~50, Dona, Anthos, Coi, and Plum.
For one night only, the visiting chef will have a 45-minute talk/Q&A with guests, then will work with Foreign & Domestic chefs to create an amazing 7-course meal. Three of the courses will come directly from the visiting chef, and the other four will be created by the chef and Foreign & Domestic.
