Tacodeli Offering “Farm-to-Table” Taco in September
Tacodeli, Texas’ favorite “farm to taco” concept is offering a limited special taco in celebration of Mexican Independence Day (September 16).
Tacodeli will offer this special as a nod to the holiday that has a lot of meaning for the concept as well as the culture behind it. Co-Founder Roberto Espinosa says, “Our menu is rooted in Mexican culinary traditions and with Mexican Independence Day being part of our heritage we wanted to create a unique taco in celebration.”
During lunch and dinner, guests can enjoy the Chile en Nogada ($4.50) made with roasted Anaheim chile stuffed with Heartbrand beef (Harwood, TX), Akaushi picadillo, pomegranate seeds, walnuts, cilantro, topped with goat cheese sauce made with Cheesemakers chèvre (Cleveland, TX). The three colors of the chile (green), walnut sauce (white) and the pomegranate seeds (red) represent the colors of the Mexican Flag
This limited special taco is available now through the end of September – or until it sells out – at all locations in Texas. Dine-in is available as well as curbside pickup. To place an order for pickup go to www.tacodeli.com.
