COUNTER 3. FIVE. VII’s cocktail program is adding onto their established wine and beer list. Created by advanced sommelier Jason Huerta, the focus will be on brown spirits from around the world, with unique vintage offerings available on rotational basis, including Calvados and Arrmagnac.
The restaurant will feature a menu of five classic cocktails and 1-2 seasonal house craft cocktails, plus varying seasonal snacks including oysters and cheese boards. As the cocktail program grows more, they’ll feature libations like wine cocktails and a cask aged Vieux Carré and rotate featured spirits.
In addition to the new cocktail program, Counter 3. Five. VII is launching Counter Hour, starting Tuesdays – Thursdays from 5-6:30 p.m. where they’ll be offering a 3 Course menu for only $30 (normally $45).
