Guests are invited to Brix and Ale Restaurant at the Sheraton Georgetown Hotel, to explore expertly paired culinary creations by Executive Chef Patrick Taylor with Circle Brewing beers from Austin.  The pairing dinner will feature five courses perfectly paired with a variety of Circle Brewing beers.

Ladybird IPA and Ladybird steamed mussels, house made andouille, garlic crostini

Second Course: 
Falkor WIT and Crispy coppa wrapped Georges Bank scallop, pickled honeydew, apple leek sauerkraut

Third Course: 

Archetype Historical IPA and Potato crusted wild boar chop, sweet carrot puree, hay stack onion, sorgum

Fourth Course: 

Envy Amber and Free range bison hanger steak, onion thyme potato soufflé, oven dried tomato amber reduction

Fifth Course: 
Whiskey Pig BBA Porter and Porter-misu, espresso, ladyfinger, marscapone
