Christmas Eve  

TRACE will have a four course prix fixe menu for $75 available from 3-9pm. For the first course, guests can select a soup and salad  with choices being: lobster bisque with lobster bacon and diced vegetables; butternut squash soup with mushroom has and almond butter; frisee & spinach salad with roasted mushrooms, soft boiled egg, shallot dressing; and argula and endive salad with dried cranberries’ honey pecans and blue cheese. For the appetizer they have the choice of lobster mac & cheese with caramelized brussel sprouts & bacon, mixed truffles can be added; chestnut & foie gras risotto with cipollini onions, leaves of arugula; and roast Lockhart quail with wild mushrooms duxelles & roasted vegetables. For the entrée guests can choose between herb roasted turkey leg confit with chanterelle mushrooms, apple and brioche stuffing and pomegranate chutney; whole roasted dry aged prime rib with Yorkshire pudding, braised greens and horseradish jus;  seared steelhead salmon with roasted fall squash, confit tomatoes, champagne truffle reduction.

TRACE offers those  wanting to eat pre-party or choosing to celebrate over dinner special NYE seatings. TRACE’s first seating from 5-7pm four-course prix fixe for $115 per person while the second seating from 8-10pm and is a $95 three-course prix fixe dinner.
