For one night only—the folks behind Chi’Lantro Catering and The Infinite Monkey Theorem (IMT) are teaming up to celebrate the Korean New Year/Year of the Monkey, with a wine pairing dinner packed with flavor.  Held Monday, February 8, Chef/Owner Jae Kim and his Chi’Lantro team will present this one-time menu to guests, which includes four courses and dessert, expertly paired with IMT wines.

                  

Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with IMT’s Dry Hopped Pear Cider and a selection of appetizers, before embarking on a tour of the newly opened urban winery. From there, attendees will be seated for the multi-course feast, featuring entirely original creations from Chi’Lantro. Menu highlights include: Mussels with Gochujang Butter; Bo-ssam, a traditional Korean pork belly wrap; Budae-jjigae, a spicy and savory Korean-American fusion made from umami-rich broth, kimchi, American Spam, beans and sausage. Served in multiple formats, including family style and build-your-own, this eccentric, interactive dinner is not to be missed!
