The September Texas Tavern Series at Brix And Ale features a pairing dinner with Treaty Oak Distilling’s artisan-made bourbons and gin, taking place September 21 at Sheraton Georgetown.
Guests will enjoy Treaty Oak Distilling’s Waterloo Old Yaupon, Antique, and No.9 Gin and, in honor of Bourbon Heritage Month, Red Handed Bourbon Whiskey and Ghost Hill Texas Bourbon. All paired perfectly in a five course pairing dinner created by Executive Chef Patrick Taylor.
