The Brewer’s Table, is a highly anticipated craft brewery and seasonally-focused restaurant in East Austin is excited to announce three new additions to their opening team: WHM Hospitality founder Bill Mann, consulting chef Jorge Hernández, and head brewer Drew Durish, formerly of Live Oak BrewingChef Zach Hunter will also serve as Executive Chef for the highly anticipated restaurant and brewery.

Hunter will conceptualize and execute a seasonally focused menu that not only complements the wood fermented beer program, but is inspired by it. A true creative partnership, there will be a seamless connection between food and beer.  There will be crossover from ingredients used to make the beer and in the food through the entire process from inspiration and collaboration to sourcing and presentation.

Prior to opening, Hunter will work together with Chef Jorge Hernández, previously engaged as a culinary consultant on the project. Hunter and Hernández have collaborated before as a part of Qui’s research and development team. Guests will be able to see them work in tandem at Franklin BBQ in Austin later this month. That event, the first of four pop-ups planned across the US, intends to provide diners with a preview of what’s to come from The Brewer’s Table before it opens next year.
