Cannon + Bell, located at the Hilton Austin downtown, will serve a three-course, traditional-yet-better Thanksgiving dinner on November 23rd from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. Chef Yesica Arredondo has crafted a delicious feast the entire family will enjoy and the perfect alternative to spending days in the kitchen.

The meal begins with the option of smoked corn and pancetta chowder or Texas grapefruit and chicory salad with the second course featuring a choice of two proteins and a range of sides. Guests can choose between fried turkey with quail gravy or prime rib with charred onion barbecue. Hyatt Regency’s Thanksgiving Brunch

Hyatt Regency Austin, located on the shores of Lady Bird Lake downtown, has announced its annual Thanksgiving brunch.  The brunch will be available on Thursday, November 23 and will feature a wide variety of dining options for guests, from a carving station and Texas-cured meats and cheeses to traditional Thanksgiving dishes. The event will also feature live local music as well as a “kid’s corner” with several activities and games for families.


Hotel Granducca’s gourmet Thanksgiving feast

Chef Will Packwood of Hotel Granduca Austin, will be offering a 3-course gourmet dinner for $65 on Thursday, Oct. 23. The menu will feature delicious dishes such as Sweet Potato Gnocchi, with roasted corn, sage brown butter and pecorino sardo; a Thanksgiving Dinner entree, featuring Heritage turkey, cornbread canederli, EVOO whipped potatoes, green beans, cranberry mostarda and herbed vellutata; and Wild Mushroom Gratin, made with creamy polenta, black kale, chestnuts and apples. Desserts include a Maple-Pecan Crostata and Cranberry Upside-Down Cake, made with pumpkin panna cotta, oat crumble, ginger sorbetto, candied walnut and a spiced syrup. A 3-course wine pairing dinner will be available for $95.
