Be More Pacific Filipino Kitchen and Bar recenty debuted their new Filipino Fiesta Sunday Brunch, available on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. BeMore Pacific’s all-you-can-eat Filipino Fiesta Sunday Brunch boasts unique Filipino bites and beverages with rotating savory dishes, inventive salads, desserts and a brunch cocktails.
Since originating as a food truck concept in 2011, Be More Pacific quickly captured the hearts of Austinites with their tasty lumpia and longganisa tots. Chef Salvador “Buddy” Melgarejo has served up their quirky Filipino-inspired dishes to the delight of the Austin community. BeMore Pacific’s new brunch buffet is a great way to bring friends together on a Sunday afternoon for Filipino comfort food, mimosas and cornhole on the patio.

Be More Pacific’s brunch buffet echos their daily menu with a brunch spin by continuing the restaurant’s quest to spread Filipino food to the masses by including new offerings such as their Tortang Talong, a savory Filipino omelet packed with eggplant, peppers and onions; Kaldereta, a hearty, traditional Filipino stew made with beef, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots and peas; and made-to-order eggs fresh from the kitchen. Be MorePacific’s Filipino Fiesta Sunday Brunch will also include Chef Buddy’s weekly special which will alternate between finger-licking-good Filipino BBQ Pork Ribs and Lehon Kawalli, a fried pork belly dish.
Bites from Be More Pacific’s daily menu are still available during brunch service, including the crowd-favorites like their queso-covered Longganisa Tots, perfectly prepared Homemade SPAM, hot and tangy Chicken Adobo and Italian-influenced Filipino Spaghetti.
In addition to the brunch buffet, Be More Pacific is offering a new Brunch Cocktails menu featuring a sweetly spiced Sangria ($7) as well as five flavors of Filipino-inspired Mimosas ($5) ranging from sweet and tart Pineapple Mango to tropical Lychee and Jackfruit. Orange juice mimosas are available for $2 while other tropical juice options are offered at $3.
Be More Pacific’s Filipino Fiesta Sunday Brunch is only $17 for adults to dine on unlimited plates, $6 for children from ages 4 to 12 and $15 for seniors above the age of 60. Children recieve a free drink with their meal.
