A Decadent À La Carte Menu for  Lovers and Friends Alike

The folks at Péché are celebrating Valentine’s Day with an à la carte menu, stacked with delicious food and refreshing cocktails.  Guests can enjoy the likes of Marrow bones and snails, Butter poached lobster salad, and Chocolate beet cake with raspberry beet mousse and chocolate sorbet. Featured special cocktails are the 1920s classic, Blackthorne Sour, and a twist on the French 75, the French 69.

Chocolate beet cake with raspberry beet mousse and chocolate sorbet


Blackthorne Sour: dates back to the 1920s, a mixture of Sloe gin, chartreuse, lemon juice and pineapple syrup, creating sweet and sour layers of flavor

French 69: a variation of the French 75, but added with elderflower liqueur and a kiss of Crème de Violette, for a sweet and floral refreshing flavor
