Amid to the world wide emergency response to the COVID-19 virus, every restaurant, bar and movie theater has been ordered closed to in-house dining.  Texas Governor Greg Abbott recently issued a brand new waiver that will allow Austin bars and restaurants to offer the delivery of alcohol, wine, beer and cocktail beverages to be ordered with the purchase of food orders.
