Apothecary Café & Wine Bar is launching a pop-up lunch the first Friday of every month, starting Friday, September 5at 11AM until sold out. Food options will be limited to one offering created by Executive Chef Albert Gonzalez with the September 5th debut Porchetta Sandwich with Compart Duroc pork belly porchetta seasoned with herbs and fennel, sliced on top of sautéed kale, house glardiniera, garlic saffron, aioli, heirloom tomato, and provolone, all on a pressed roll and served with house potato chips.

Wine, beer and other beverages will be available to enjoy with Apothecary’s lunch special. Folks can take to-go or are free to chill at the restaurant with a beverage and their sandwich.
