Busy families or those on the go will have something else to be thankful this year. From 3:00 to 9:00 pm, TRACE will be serving a four-course prix-fix meals for the holidays. Staying true to the concept’s core philosophy of serving food that’s seasonal, sustainable and locally sourced, diners can expect a menu full of traditional dishes and updated renditions. Creating an inviting feeling for the holidays, guests can feel at home with the four-course menu which includes a soup or salad option, appetizer, entrée and dessert for $65 per person.

Starting off with soup & salad options like “Crème Du Barry” French Cauliflower Soup or the Frisee Salad, the special menu gives families the opportunity to spend time together without laboring in the kitchen all day. Enticing dishes like Ricotta Cappellacci and Duck Confit Risotto are sure to satisfy hearty appetites while entrees including Turkey Breast Stuffed with Turkey Leg Confit, and Red Wine Braised Shortribs, harp on traditional Thanksgiving mainstays.

Playful adaptations of classic desserts like the Candied Sweet Potato Pot de Crème with graham cracker crumble & marshmallow brûlée, or the Pumpkin Cream Cake with Thyme ice cream are a sweet ending to a memorable meal.  Not forgetting about the little ones, the children’s a la carte options include Hamburger & Fries, Spaghetti w/ Turkey Meatballs, and Baked Salmon w/ carrots & broccoli for $15 each.
