The much anticipated latest Central Texas BBQ holiday tradition, the Stiles Switch BBQ annual 12 Days of Smoked Meats begins Tuesday, December 10th through Sunday, December 22nd.


From December 10th through the 22nd, the crew at Stiles Switch will offer a daily selection of speciality dishes that are not offered on their daily menu as they collaborate on menu items created with their friends from the Austin culinary community.


From Callie Speer’s famous biscuits topped with house made smoked bacon and pulled pork gravy, to a smoked tomahawk ribeye served with loaded baked potato, this year’s dishes distill the Stiles Switch holiday tradition, guaranteed to fill your belly and stick to your ribs.
