Guild, the progressive seafood restaurant, is excited to announce the launch of brunch beginning this Sunday, September 9. Brunch will be served on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

With Head Chef Sterling Ridings’ ingredient-driven approach, brunch will feature a rotating weekly menu with items such as a Dutch Pancake served in two styles—sweet with berries and choice of sauce or savory with a sunny egg, bacon, avocado, and red-eye gravy; Quiche with house herbs, nori, crème fraiche, smoked trout roe, furikake, and optional lump crab; Oyster Beignets served with green apple and horseradish mayo; and The Guild Burger topped with pimento cheese, jalapeno, confit mayo, and fried pickles.

Brunch will also feature rotating pastries created by Pastry Chef Monica Glenn-Sullivan, including canelés, profiteroles, and palmieres. Brunch cocktails created by Bar Manager Liz Reyes include Watermelon Mojito, Aperol Spritzer, House Bloody Mary, and Sparkling Sake-Mimosa made with sparkling sake on tap. To celebrate the launch of brunch, Guild will also be doing $2 regular mimosas during service.
