Jumping into the fall season, Texas Trucklandia Fest is welcoming some of Austin’s most delicious, award-winning food trucks in the city, with a culinary tour of not-to-miss sips and bites. The John Dewar & Sons Traveling Whisky Emporium, an immersive, one-of-a-kind ‘tiny whisky house’ will be open to ticketed festival-goers on Saturday, October 21. Having already traveled to Chicago, Denver, Boston, and New York City, the Traveling Whisky Emporium will be making its next stop in Austin before heading off to more of the nation’s top cities, including LA and Miami!

Festival-goers will be amongst the lucky few to experience the Traveling Whisky Emporium, which will treat guests to specially-crafted DEWAR’S 12 Blended Scotch Whisky cocktails, tastings of unique single maltsABERFELDY and CRAIGELLACHIE, along with custom Scotch Eggs created by notable chef, Michael Voltaggio. As a fan of the brand and a master in the kitchen, Voltaggio’s creative culinary mind will transform the whisky tasting into a riveting flight for the senses for both Scotch enthusiasts and newbies alike – offering the chance for visitors to experience a dram alongside a perfected bite of Scotch Egg deliciousness. Further showcasing his talents and love for DEWAR’S, Chef Voltaggio has designed the kitchen in the emporium, translating his creativity when it comes to plating into the décor of the traveling home – a sight not to miss!
