Juliet Italian Kitchen now embodies a classic Italian American menu, featuring more red-sauce Italian dishes and family-style servings.  Executive Chef Jacob Weaver and the team have made a few fun changes to the menu, from their food and beverage offerings to the restaurant’s updated ambiance, and they can’t wait to present their version of Italian-American comfort food to hungry Austinites.

Antipasti

The new all-day menu, with many of the delectable dishes being nostalgic favorites, includes: antipasti like Marinated Olives, Caprese Bruschetta, and Stuffed Shrimp Marinara; family favorites such as Salmon Crudo, Grilled Octopus and Calamari; salads and soups including Grilled Chicken & Arugula Salad and Bistecca Salad; hand tossed pizza selections like Margherita, Cacio E Pepe and Meatball;

Pasta entrees

Chef Weaver’s Housemade pasta is made fresh daily and offered in family-style portions. Specialties include Spaghetti Bolognese, Linguini and Clam Sauce, Shrimp Capellini Fresca and Fettuccine Funghi.

Entrées

Entrées include Veal Marsala, Prime NY Strip, Stuffed Branzino Romeo, Cioppino “Fisherman’s Stew”, Chicken Scarpariello and Chicken Piccata. New to the offerings, Juliet Italian Kitchen will introduce a “Prix Fixe Power Lunch” menu which entails an antipasti and entrée for $15.95 per person and available Monday-Friday from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Drinks

The bar program has also been revamped and will serve classic cocktails like an Italian Sunrise, Aperol Spritz, and New York Sour as well as a large selection of wine options.

Juliet went through a complete makeover with Austin-based architect firm, Design Hound, to redesign some of the looks of the restaurant, from adding more color to the entire space, to installing a custom mural designed by Judy Paul.  Additionally, half of the original lounge has evolved into a small private dining room which includes a small waiting area.
