This year at SXSW, SouthBites will present a culinary collaboration at Chicon featuring Chef José Andrés, Aaron Franklin, and Andrew Wiseheart hosted by our friends at PRE brands beef. This dinner features drinks from an open bar, paella by Chef Andrés, BBQ by Aaron Franklin, and several creations by Chef Andrew Wiseheart. PRE will host and supply their delicious 100% grass-fed beef that is the healthiest and most delicious beef in the world.
