L’Oca d’Oro is expanding service to include a weekend brunch offered from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Located at AMLI in the heart of the expanding Mueller community, L’Oca d’Oro specializes in contemporary Italian cuisine, using only carefully sourced, seasonal ingredients and house-made items. With the new brunch menu, Chef Fiore Tedesco updates classic brunch dishes with Italian flair, paired with eye-opening cocktails.

The L’Oca d’Oro brunch menu offers a selection of decadent and savory pastries, sandwiches and dishes to delight in during the weekend. Guests with a sweet tooth can sample three varieties of donuts including blueberry, lemon curd and chocolate, or try the Brioche Bread Pudding with figs and creme fraiche. Signature brunch plates include the Egg Sandwich ($11) featuring rabbit sausage with piperade butter on an English muffin, Sweet Potato Frittata ($12) with kale and roasted pepper aioli and the Smoked Steelhead Trout Benny ($18) with a poached egg and hollandaise on English muffins.

To complement the hearty plates and pastries, guests can indulge in an array of light and refreshing cocktails for sipping while socializing. August’s brunch cocktails include a Melon Mimosa ($10) featuring sparkling wine on tap and a mint-melon puree, Cucumber Margarita ($10) with Cimarron tequila, cucumber-basil juice and lime, or the Bloody Bartolo($10), a classic twist on a traditional Bloody Mary, mixing local Banner vodka, pressed tomato and fermented chile.

The perfect destination for weekend gatherings and special events, L’Oca d’Oro offers flexible seating in the main dining room, in addition to private dining areas. The restaurant is open for dinner Wednesday through Monday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., and is open for brunch Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.
