La Corsha Hospitality Group announced that Casey Wilcox has been named the new Executive Chef of Second Bar + Kitchen Downtown. This announcement comes as Chef David Bull transfers to Second Bar + Kitchen at Archer Hotel Austin and Chef Jason Stude moves to Boiler Nine Bar + Grill to open shortly.

 

Wilcox has served as executive chef at Justine’s since 2010. Previous to that position, he worked at Uchi in Austin, Erling Jensen in Memphis, Commander’s Palace and Fiamma in Las Vegas, and Mirbeau Inn & Spa in New York.
