New Waterloo, an Austin-based integrated hospitality management and development company, is excited to announce the opening of Mañana Coffee & Juice on Tuesday, March 15, 2016. The coffee and juice bar is the final food and beverage outlet to open at South Congress Hotel, which opened its doors in early fall 2015.

Located in the South Congress Hotel courtyard, Mañana will offer a curated menu of single-origin, direct-trade and local coffee blends from Austin-based roaster Cuvée Coffee, as well as teas from Kusmi Tea. Designed by Los Angeles-based Studio MAI, the vibrant space features ample bar seating, a large communal table for group meetings and outdoor seating in the hotel courtyard.

“Mañana is incredibly unique because, as part of South Congress Hotel, it’s been so thoughtfully developed and crafted,” says General Manager Jesse Ryan Hartman. “We’re applying that warm Texan hospitality we naturally have in Austin to the specialty coffee shop experience. We want Mañana to be your neighborhood home base.”

Executive Chef Michael Paley will oversee a menu of housemade cold-pressed juices and milks that feature seasonal, organic fruits and vegetables. Fresh baked goods and snacks will be made from scratch daily by Amanda Rockman, South Congress Hotel’s executive pastry chef and James Beard Award semifinalist. Her daily menu will include breakfast pastries, croissants, macarons, cookies and tarts. Bulk orders for select baked goods can be placed in-store with 48 hours advance notice.

Mañana Coffee & Juice will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7 days a week. Guests will have access to free valet parking for up to 3 hours and free Wi-Fi, featuring a rotating selection of cold-pressed juices, specialty coffee drinks and fresh-baked snacks from Executive Chef Michael Paley and Executive Pastry Chef Amanda Rockman.
